We do our very best to ship the same day you place your order, however, on very rare occasions inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, delays from weather and other factors, may delay your shipment. UPS Delivery Days are Monday thru Friday, no Saturday delivery, and the day we ship your package does not count as a delivery day. E.g. If you place your order on Thursday, and select UPS 2 day, UPS will deliver your package on Monday.

UPS Domestic Delivery Choices:
*Ground Service, no Saturday delivery
2-Day, no Saturday delivery
3-Day, no Saturday delivery
Overnight, no Saturday delivery

International Orders
We accept International orders.

General UPS Shipping information:
* UPS tracking number will be provided by email for your convenience.
* Shipping charges are normally based on your package weight, destination, and distance from Colorado.
* UPS may add a fuel surcharge in addition to their shipping charges to compensate increases in fuel costs, or to rural areas.
* Handling charges are included in our shipping charges quote and is set to a nominal charge per package, which is based on an annual average packaging supply costs.
* Please keep your Order Number so our Customer Service can better assist you.
* We do not deliver to international destinations.
* When checking out, shipping & handling charges are displayed on the "Shipping" page prior to payment.
* No refunds will be issued after 15 days from the date you received your order.

Ships Same Day Details
Orders submitted by 12:00 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday, ship the same day, excluding Federal Holidays. Orders submitted after 3:00 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday, ship next business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays ship next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Contiguous United States orders ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, or US Postal Service. Other shipping options for Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories orders are provided.

Delivery of Orders:
Shipping labels are generated from the shipping information you provide when submitting your order. If your order is re-routed or returned to us due to your incorrect or incomplete shipping information, you may be charged the additional UPS re-routing fee ($14.00) or the cost of re-shipping your package(s). Cheyrellmiracleii.com will not be responsible for orders that are not processed or received due to technical difficulties that occurred when you submitted your order.

Back Orders:
We regularly stock every item we carry; occasionally a product may be out of stock. If any product is not in stock to complete your order, your order may be held if the item is due within 3 days. Your order will be immediately processed and shipped once all items are in stock and available to complete your order. You may be notified by e-mail if your order is being held due to an item being out of stock.

Canceling Orders:
Before shipping your order, you may cancel it by contacting us by phone at (888)717-4426 318-953-1174. Please provide your Name and Order Number when canceling an order. If your order has shipped, refuse delivery of the package(s). Once your refused package(s) have been received at our distribution center, a product credit will be issued to your account within 5 business days.

Change Submitted Order:
To change your order, please contact our friendly Customer Service agents at (888)717-4426 or (318) 953-1174 and we will be happy to assist you. To prevent receiving duplicate shipments, when using the online shopping cart do not double click the SUBMIT button.

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our primary goal.  Change to Miracle II for 30 days. If you are not TOTALLY satisfied after an honest 30 days of solely using Miracle II, keep the product and the purchase price will be 100% refunded to you!  

If for any reason you elect not to use the product for a full 30 days and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion within 15 days from the date you received your order, along with your sales receipt for a refund of the returned product. Orders that had free shipping or shipping included are readjusted with the appropriate shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping fees necessary to return your product(s) to us. Returns with RA # will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your returned product(s) and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Cheyrellmiracleii.com reserves the right to change its shipping costs and shipping policy at any time.

For returns, please follow these simple steps:
1. Please call 888-717-4426 to receive RA # (Return Authorization Number). Returns will not qualify for credit without RA #.

2. Pack the item(s) securely and mail to Miracle II, 738 Well Road, West Monroe, Louisiana  71292.
